2. the design phase
Once we have received your initial enquiry by phone or via the web, your expert Travel Designer will start planning your luxury holiday in Croatia. If you are seriously looking for a one-in-a-lifetime trip to Croatia, we love to hear from you!

3.TAILOR-MADE HOLIDAY
You will receive a copy of your proposed hand made trip in a travel plan format. After that, please take the time to read through your itinerary. We are more than happy to answer any questions or comments you may have about your holiday. If your itinerary needs further refinement, we will be happy to do that as well.

4.CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENTS
In order to confirm your travel agreements, we will send you an invoice for 25% deposit payment of the total trip cost ( unless advised othereise). Once we have received deposit payment we will secure arrangements for your journey.

5. FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of your travel payment is required 90 days before departure (unless otherwise stated).
Approximately 30 days before your trip, we will send you a copy of your final itinerary. We will also provide you with our 24-hour emergency phone number, which you can use if necessary during your stay in Croatia.

6. HOLIDAY croatia
Upon arrival at your first destination, you will be awaiting all the necessary travel documents for your trip. After that, your travel designer will contact you and at regular intervals throughout your journey to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Most importantly is that we we’re available 24/7 by phone, whatsapp or email.

7. FEEDBACK
After your trip is completed, your travel designer will send you a feedback form for you to complete. We value your feedback seriously and use the information you provide to continue a high level of excellence and service.
