Welcome to the Plastovo vineyards in Skradin!
In this small village in Skradin region right in the hinterland of Krka National Park, you will meet the winery owner Ante Sladić and his family which has been making wine for generations. This cherished wine-making tradition has been handed down from generation to generation. This family winery is truly dedicated to preservation of heritage, in accordance of that, they are producing wines from their own vineyards, made exlusively from indigenous varieties of the Skradin area.
The Sladić family heirlooms are four indigenous grape varieties – Debit, Maraština, Plavina, and Lasina.
Grown 300 meters above sea level in a micro climate reminiscent of endless summers, grapes mature cooled by the sea breeze from the Adriatic, keeping their precious acidity.
Their extra virgin olive oil is made from indigenous varieties. Liqueurs are made from high-quality grapa macerated with the wild fruits that grow in nature.
Tasting wine includes a professional presentation of all their products, ways of vinification, grape varieties and vineyards.
The whole experience takes approximately 1,5 hour.
